ishoes.ca offers agents a way to order; we found no way to change, cancel or track it afterwards.
The biggest step: Let agents send you a message (+14).
Surfing Dog Inbox would let agents message you: +14 points once it's live at inbox.ishoes.ca. Orders placed in your own checkout stay there: changing, cancelling, tracking, returning or getting receipts for them needs a door in that system. What it is
Free during the pilot · one DNS record · or run it yourself
A track record appears once the business's inbox sends signed receipts to this network. How receipts work
Your agents.md names an API we couldn't use: it's on another site, which our check doesn't read; declare it when you claim your listing.
3 more doors your site names weren't usable either.
Let agents send you a message (+14 points)
Ask Shopify whether it offers an agent door (an MCP server or an API).
A customer's assistant can ask you a question and come back for your answer, instead of telling them to call.
Add send_message to your MCP server, or publish an A2A agent card at /.well-known/agent-card.json.
Publish a door that takes messages: an A2A agent card, a send_message tool on an MCP server, or an agent inbox.
What counts: send_message, contact, ask_question, create_support_ticket, POST /messages. An agent inbox, an A2A agent card, or a tool that sends you a message or opens a support ticket, on an MCP server of your own or one your UCP profile declares as a service. Email, phone, forms and chat widgets are made for people, so they don't count.
Publish who you are, where you are and when you're open (+5 points)
Add LocalBusiness markup in your most specific type (such as HairSalon, Restaurant or Store) to your homepage, with your name, your address and your opening hours.
An assistant checks who you are, where you are and when you're open before it sends anyone your way.
What counts: get_business_profile. schema.org LocalBusiness markup in its most specific type, with name, address and openingHoursSpecification. Selling online through UCP, ACP or Shopify checkout counts in place of an address.
Let agents change a booking or an order (+7 points)
Add reschedule_booking or update_order next to the tool that creates the booking or the order.
Plans change; if an agent can't move a booking or change an order, the customer has to call, or cancels.
Add a tool such as reschedule_booking or update_order on the door that takes the booking or the order.
What counts: reschedule_booking, update_booking, change_reservation, update_order, modify_order, PATCH /bookings/{id}, PATCH /orders/{id}. An inbox that takes bookings or orders.
Let agents cancel (+7 points)
Add cancel_booking or cancel_order next to the tool that creates it, and state your cancellation terms in words.
A cancellation an agent can make frees the slot or stops the order at once, instead of becoming a no-show.
Add a tool such as cancel_booking or cancel_order on the door that takes the booking or the order, and state your cancellation terms in words.
What counts: cancel_booking, cancel_order, cancel_membership, DELETE /bookings/{id}, DELETE /orders/{id}. An inbox that takes bookings or orders.
Let agents start a return or a refund (+7 points)
Add request_return on your MCP server or in your OpenAPI document, and mark up your returns policy (MerchantReturnPolicy).
An assistant can start a return for its person instead of walking them through a form.
Ask your returns platform for an API you can publish, or add request_return on a door of your own.
What counts: request_return, start_return, request_refund, create_return, POST /returns. A UCP return capability.
We found no llms.txt when we last read ishoes.ca. It's optional.
An llms.txt helps an assistant read about a business; on its own it opens no door to ask, book or order, so it earns no points. What llms.txt does, and doesn't · The llms.txt checker

#34,485 among shop businesses
#35,583 overall
This rank counts every business checked, named on a leaderboard or not; a leaderboard numbers the businesses it names and no others, so a place there can be higher. Ordered by agentic score, then the most recent check. This is not the directory's search order, which nobody can pay to change. Leaderboards
Put it on your own site if you like; nothing is placed anywhere for you.
Agent-ready businesses are listed in Surfing Dog Search; one whose own inbox answers is listed ahead of the rest, and joining is optional. How the order works

Your AI can do it too (how). Checking a site is not claiming it: its owner alone can change this page. Stop all crawling of your site.
This is not a certification: it is what our crawler read on ishoes.ca's own site and doors on 2026-10-21, scored by the published rules. Nobody can pay for a score or a place.
Evidence: declared — the business's own site or door says so; tested — our own read of its door saw it listed in the 7 days before this check. We have not tried it.
