Your page
Not everyone asks through an AI assistant yet. Anyone who opens your inbox’s address in a browser, inbox.yourdomain.com, gets your page. It shows your name and your services with how long they take and what they cost. It offers three things:
- Book a time. They pick a service, see a week of free times (with earlier and later), pick one and say who they are.
- Ask for a quote. They say what they need.
- Send a message. Anything else.
Each request arrives in your inbox like any other: a booking, a quote request or a message, marked as coming from the web form, and your rules answer it as they would an agent’s. For a booking or a quote request, the person gets an acknowledgement by email a minute or two later; a message waits for your reply.
You don’t set anything up. Your page lists the services you added in Settings → Services. A service priced “on request” isn’t offered as a booking; people ask for a quote for it instead.
Where to link it
Section titled “Where to link it”Put it wherever a customer would look for a way to reach you: the “book” or “contact” button on your website, your Instagram bio, your Google Business Profile, your email signature. It is one plain page with no script and nothing loaded from anywhere else, so it opens fast on any phone.
What it does and doesn’t do
Section titled “What it does and doesn’t do”- Your name, never ours. The page speaks as your business, in the visitor’s language (English or Portuguese today, from their browser).
- A priced booking binds nobody until they confirm it. Before a booking with a price is sent, the person sees a summary (what, when, from whom, the total, their right to cancel) and confirms it with a button that says so. This is the same confirm step an agent’s person goes through.
- You still get your inbox at the same address. Signed in,
/is your inbox as before. Signed out, you see your page, and Staff sign in at the bottom takes you to the sign-in. - Bots are turned away quietly. A hidden field only software fills in, and the same limits as the API’s: 20 requests an hour from one address.
- Not in search results yet. The page asks search engines not to index it for now; link it from your own site.
