Agentic score
Scored as a business taking appointments (a salon, a clinic, a dentist, a lawyer, an adviser or a tour).
immobilienmakler-birner.de offers agents a way to send a message; we found no way to book yet.
The biggest step: Let agents book (+46).
Surfing Dog Inbox would let agents book, change and cancel: +46 points once it's live at inbox.immobilienmakler-birner.de. What it is
Free · one DNS record · or run it yourself
A track record appears once the business's inbox sends signed receipts to this network. How receipts work
Your llms.txt names an API we couldn't use: it's on another site, which our check doesn't read; declare it when you claim your listing.
3 more doors your site names weren't usable either.
Let agents book (+46 points)
Ask Shopify whether it offers an agent door (an MCP server or an API).
When a customer asks an assistant to book, it can finish the job here instead of handing them a link.
Add create_booking next to check_availability, reschedule_booking and cancel_booking, on an MCP server or in an OpenAPI document on your domain: the whole step in one job.
Publish a door that takes bookings: create_booking on an MCP server or in an OpenAPI document on your domain, or an agent inbox.
What counts: create_booking, book_table, create_reservation, reserve, POST /bookings. An inbox that takes bookings, or a booking platform's agent door you declare when you claim your listing and link from your site. A booking page, a form, email or phone don't count.
Found and readable: https://immobilienmakler-birner.de/llms.txt.
It names 4 doors for agents that we couldn't use.
An llms.txt helps an assistant read about a business; on its own it opens no door to ask, book or order, so it earns no points. What llms.txt does, and doesn't · The llms.txt checker

#3 among property businesses
#92,397 overall
This rank counts every business checked, named on a leaderboard or not; a leaderboard numbers the businesses it names and no others, so a place there can be higher. Ordered by agentic score, then the most recent check. This is not the directory's search order, which nobody can pay to change. Leaderboards
Put it on your own site if you like; nothing is placed anywhere for you.
Agent-ready businesses are listed in Surfing Dog Search; one whose own inbox answers is listed ahead of the rest, and joining is optional. How the order works

Your AI can do it too (how). Checking a site is not claiming it: its owner alone can change this page. Stop all crawling of your site.
This is not a certification: it is what our crawler read on immobilienmakler-birner.de's own site and doors on 2026-11-02, scored by the published rules. Nobody can pay for a score or a place.
Evidence: declared — the business's own site or door says so; tested — our own read of its door saw it listed in the 7 days before this check. We have not tried it.
