GloriaFood closes on 30 April 2027: bring your menu to your own inbox

Built, not yet verified on a live account

In short

GloriaFood says it reaches end of life on 30 April 2027, and points customers to FoodAmigos. The inbox reads your GloriaFood menu to start from, then takes orders from customers' assistants for times your kitchen can make, paid on your own link. It is not an ordering website for people.

What a customer's assistant can do

  • Read your menu, with its options and what each adds. Allergens are never guessed: only you or your staff confirm them, and until then assistants tell people to ask you.
  • Order for a time your kitchen can make: collection, delivery in your zones with their own fees, or eating in. A slot is never sold twice.
  • Add a tip, and pay on your own Stripe or Mollie link.
  • Be told when you pause for 15, 30 or 60 minutes, and when you take orders again.

What stays in GloriaFood, and in your own account

  • Your GloriaFood menu: read when you ask, never changed. Dishes you bring in keep your prices and options, and what you add here.
  • Orders you accept in GloriaFood: shown to you alone if you give that key, with no customer details kept.
  • The money: on your own payment link. Nobody takes a share of an order.

GloriaFood's end of life, and the inbox

From its own pages, as of October 2026:

The notice on gloriafood.com: GloriaFood reaches end of life on 30 April 2027. Oracle offers no direct replacement, and points customers to FoodAmigos, which has onboarding for those who move. (GloriaFood: service update; FoodAmigos for GloriaFood customers)

A menu you bring into the inbox before then is the inbox's own: its dishes stay, whatever happens to GloriaFood, and you edit them in Settings › Menu.

Connect it

In GloriaFood's admin panel, Others › 3rd party integrations › Enabled integrations: add Fetch Menu and paste its key in Settings › Integrations. Then Settings › Menu › Bring in your menu, and tick the dishes to keep.

Check your website

Paste your website. We read it the way a customer's assistant would, and show what it can do there, what's missing, and where to start.

Questions

What happens to my GloriaFood menu after April 2027?

GloriaFood says it reaches end of life on 30 April 2027. A menu you bring into your inbox before then is your inbox's own: its dishes, prices and options stay, and you edit them in Settings, Menu. Bring it in while GloriaFood still answers.

Is this a GloriaFood alternative?

In part. The inbox takes orders from customers' AI assistants, for collection, delivery or eating in, paid on your own link, with your kitchen's slots and a pause. It is not an ordering website or app for people. Oracle points GloriaFood customers to FoodAmigos.

Can ChatGPT order food from my restaurant?

When a customer's ChatGPT reaches your inbox, through a connector to its MCP server, it can read your menu, pick a time your kitchen can make and order; you accept it, or your rules do. Square says its US food sellers on Square Online Ordering can take orders in ChatGPT too.

Built, not yet verified on a live account. We built it from GloriaFood's documentation and tested it against a stand-in; the beta is where it first runs with a business's real account.

We built these connections ourselves; the names are their owners' trademarks, and none endorses us.
